Designed with a start inclination of 16º and between one and three leves according to sifting needs, vibrating screens allows excellent sorting quality at high speeds.

Vibration produced by external counterweigths, adjustable to control width, is passed directly on the material getting translated into a lower power consumption for equipment operation.

Vibrating Screen is provided with a proven absorving system for the sifting mesh with SAE 5160 steeled springs that reduce the dynamic strength transmision and limit the structure movement during operation and extending its useful life-cycle..

The High Endurance Motor System offers an operational speed of 1000RPM to the excentric shaft.

The easy interchangeable meshes are manufactured in SAE 1020 steel with adequated granulometric holes required by the client.
