We manufacture high endurance and easy manteinance equipment for vertical convey from fine grain to thick grain load, in an easy and trustful way.

Our lifter conveyors, will provide you years of silent and trustworthy performance, due to the hight corrosion resistance, easy manteinance, and constant load and unload system innovation.

Through a detailed material to convey study, DISMET states the size and kind of bucket conveyor required for each specific application, the bucket can be metal type or plastic mounted over rubber or chain belt for product pulling.

The product filling up speed and centrifuge unload is reached through parallel speed reducers that, adequeately selected, maximize the performance equipment efficiency.

Aiming for ease of manteinance and installation and depending of required heights, lifter is manufactured over one or two legs, and to extend its corrosion and wear out resistance, the load hoppers are manufactured in painted coal steel plate or stainless steel.

The head drum and tail drum are mounted over steel shafts through a sleeve, buffin or conical shaft end that along with the screw strainer guarantee the belt pulling and avoid sliding between parts.
