CARACTERÍSTICAS Y BENEFICIOS.

Cribas de alta frecuencia desaguadoras para la recuperación de arena por medio de hidrociclón.

Su sistema de moto-vibración permite la deshidratación de arenas lavadas reduciendo su humedad a niveles mínimos, mejorando así la calidad y uso del material.
Su alta calidad en el cribado es resultado de la alta frecuencia, la baja amplitud con la que se desplaza el material y las mallas en poliuretano ubicadas en un ángulo ascendente a la descarga evitando que el agua permanezca en el producto.
Durante el proceso de cribado, el material es desplazado hacia el extremo de la criba mientras el agua es filtrada por las mallas produciendo así arena ultra fina.
Disminución de costos logísticos por la baja densidad del material después del proceso de deshidratación.
Zaranda apta para la filtración de material fino, cumpliendo la misma función de una criba de alta frecuencia robusta a un menor costo de producción.

Las plantas de Hidrociclonado DISMET son empleadas en lavado y en recuperación de arenas, destacando:

Separación mecánica por hidrociclón

La función principal del Hidrociclón es separar los sólidos suspendidos en un determinado flujo de la pulpa de “alimentación”, en dos fracciones, una que acompaña al flujo llamado “descarga” que lleva en suspensión los sólidos más gruesos que un determinado tamaño de corte y otra fracción que acompaña al flujo denominado “rebose” que lleva en suspensión los sólidos más finos que el citado tamaño.

La pulpa de alimentación entra tangencialmente en la parte cilíndrica a una cierta presión, lo que genera su rotación alrededor del eje longitudinal del hidrociclón, formándose un “torbellino primario” descendente hacia el vértice inferior del hidrociclón.

Esquema funcionamiento de hidrociclón

Las partículas más gruesas giran cercanas a la pared por efecto de la aceleración centrífuga, siendo evacuadas a través de la boquilla en forma de pulpa espesa. Debido a las reducidas dimensiones de dicha boquilla, solamente se descarga una parte de la suspensión, creándose en el vértice inferior un “torbellino secundario” de trayectoria ascendente, que es donde se produce la separación al generarse en este punto las mayores aceleraciones tangenciales. Esta corriente arrastra hacia el rebose las partículas finas junto con la mayor parte del líquido, que se descarga a través de un tubo central situado en el cuerpo cilíndrico superior del hidrociclón. Para ajustar el tamaño de separación de las partículas solidas entre 10 y 500 micras, se regula la aceleración del torbellino y se modifica la geometría y/o toberas del hidrociclón.

El funcionamiento de nuestras ruedas noria esta dado por una rueda giratoria que posee compartimentos recolectores con mallas intercambiables.
Recuperan y desagüan la arena decantada en el fondo del tanque para una posterior acumulación en patio.
Todas nuestras ruedas noria son de bajo consumo energético y de mantenimiento reducido, garantizando menores costos y alta capacidad de producción.

Diseñamos y fabricamos tambores lavadores para la limpieza y separación de impurezas en diversos tipos de materiales.

El funcionamiento de nuestro tambor lavador esta dado por reductores de velocidad acoplados a accionadores comerciales de fácil mantenimiento, que hacen girar el tambor metálico, generando un lavado enérgico del material.
Permiten mayores tamaños de alimentación en comparación con otros sistemas de lavado.
Sistema de aletas internas levantadoras y de avance que evitan atascos, garantizando la separación de impurezas y un flujo continuo.
Sistema de clasificación en el extremo final (opcional) que facilita la separación del material de acuerdo a las granulometrías requeridas.

Integramos soluciones para lavado de agregados por medio de tornillos lavadores, los cuales son utilizados para limpiar material y mejorar su calidad.

Estos tornillos, movilizan el material decantado en el fondo del tanque hasta el extremo final del lavador, mientras realiza un lavado constante que retira las partículas contaminantes.
Nuestros tornillos lavadores cuentan con un ángulo de elevación en el extremo final que facilita el desagüe del material, mientras éste es transportado a lo largo de la cámara de lavado.
