Nuestros sistemas de pesaje para transportadores de banda son ideales para llevar un control de manera precisa y en tiempo real de la producción. Permiten conocer de forma confiable el caudal de material transportado y la totalización de material transportado en tiempos determinados.

  • Nuestras estaciones cuentan con sistema de fijación para rodillos que incluye candado de seguridad que previene la salidas accidentales protegiendo el transportador, la cinta y a los operarios.
  • Fabricamos y desarrollamos rodillos para aplicaciones especiales, bajo estándares internacionales con normativa CEMA, asegurando la calidad, perdurabilidad y buen funcionamiento.
  • Distribuimos rodillería de otros fabricantes para  aplicaciones  altamente especiales.
  • El sistema de pesaje DISMET le permite estar al tanto de la producción en tiempo real de sus bandas transportadoras.

Báscula
  • Las básculas para transportadores de banda Dismet son de fácil instalación  y puesta en marcha, sobre estructuras de canal o celosía permitiendo usar la artesa existente con pequeñas modificaciones.

  • Las celdas de carga son tipo viga de flexión, fabricadas en acero inoxidable con grado de protección IP68 y certificación C3 según OIML
  • El sistema de pesaje DISMET puede alcanzar una exactitud entre el 95% y el 98%*, gracias a nuestro equipo de ingenieros especializados, que brinda soporte al equipo cuando es requerido.
  • Nuestro sensor de velocidad permite conocer el tiempo real la velocidad de la cinta de transportador para mayor precisión en el cálculo del peso del material transportado.
  • El sensor de velocidad en cinta o tacómetro es un brazo con un sensor inductivo con protección IP68 fácil de instalar por medio de pasador y pin R.

Titulo-06
Tablero fabricado en acero inoxidable con protección IP68, contiene una pantalla HMI de 7” táctil que facilita la configuración y permite visualizar y analizar la información medida por la bascula y el sensor de velocidad.

Diseñamos y fabricamos tambores motrices  para bandas transportadoras. Nuestros tambores motrices son calculados por software especializado de acuerdo a la construcción del transportador (capacidad, velocidad, tamaño, etc.).

  • Diseñados y fabricados bajo altos estándares internacionales de calidad que aseguran la perdurabilidad y buen funcionamiento de sus transportadores.
  • En su construcción utilizamos manguitos de fijación entre el eje y el tambor para facilitar su mantenimiento y reemplazo de componentes.
  • Revestimiento en caucho labrado vulcanizado en caliente para mejorar la tracción de la cinta en situaciones con alta humedad (opcional).

Diseñamos y fabricamos tambores motrices  para bandas transportadoras. Nuestros tambores motrices son calculados por software especializado de acuerdo a la construcción del transportador (capacidad, velocidad, tamaño, etc.).

  • Diseñados y fabricados bajo altos estándares internacionales de calidad que aseguran la perdurabilidad y buen funcionamiento de sus transportadores.
  • En su construcción utilizamos manguitos de fijación entre el eje y el tambor para facilitar su mantenimiento y reemplazo de componentes.
  • Revestimiento en caucho labrado vulcanizado en caliente para mejorar la tracción de la cinta en situaciones con alta humedad (opcional).

Integramos detectores de metales en transportadores de banda para prevenir daños en los equipos de trituración por la entrada de objetos metálicos ferrosos y no ferrosos.

  • Detectores de metales  que identifican la presencia de objetos con diferentes composiciones metálicas.
  • Previenen daños de importancia en equipos de trituración.

CARACTERÍSTICAS Y BENEFICIOS.

Diseñamos y fabricamos camas de impacto  para bandas transportadoras. Nuestras camas de impacto cuentan con un sistema de barras, que absorben los fuertes golpes generados en el descargue de materiales sobre las cintas transportadoras. Éste sistema previene el daño de componentes tales como rodillos y estaciones mientras protege  la estructura del transportador y diminuye la probabilidad de ruptura de la cinta.

  • Cubierta anti-adherente que evita mayores consumos de potencia.
  • Elimina costos de mantenimiento.
  • No requiere de lubricación.
  • Reduce el daño de la banda.
  • Requiere menos tiempo de instalación y reemplazo de componentes.
